From Cyclingnews..."According to a report from AFP, the investigators are considering bringing charges against Armstrong for sporting fraud, violence, and intimidation of a witness." Its arguable that what Armstrong did during that stage was distasteful but can anyone seriously argue that it requires criminal charges? I just think this whole thing has been blown out of proportion...
