I never could get my hands on a Biomorphe so, when I had to replace my bars recently after a crash, I went with an ITM K Sword which I have been quite happy with. To me, my K Sword looks much more like your second diagram than does 3T's picture of the Biomorphe. But, then, I've never actually seen a Biomorphe
