As the title says, anyone got this combo to work?

My saddle's rails are too fat for my post to accept.

Any idea on how to get it to work? I don't think i can widen this plate anymore.

THanks in advance.

Well actually none of my seatpost can take the phoenix saddle.

Anyone got this saddle to work at all?

I had to use a file to widen the notches on the U shaped piece that the saddle rail fits into.

Problem solved and i used water sand paper grid 600, 800, 1200 and 2000 on the kevlar rails.

Just managed to sand it enough to get it in.

I did not want to sand the U piece as it would make the width too wide and not be able to take any other saddles.

Anyway, thanks for the advice.

On my modification, the piece on the seatpost that clamps the top of the rails was not modified, and therefore, keeps the normal saddle from moving. I have been able to use the modified seatpost on a standard rail seat (which I am currently doing....AX saddle did not work for me)
