They are lighter than my VP252's but do they hold you in for sprinting?

Does anyone use them enough to know?
My time ATACs don't have a tension adjustment so I pull my foot if I used them for a road sprint.

Freddie Rodriguez uses the lighter 4 sided pedal.

I use the eggbeater on my roadbike and it works as good or even better than my old Look, i haven't had any problems yet.

Cesar Grajales of Jittery Joe's also uses them. You may remember him winning the stage up Brasstown Bald in the Tour de Georgia?
