semi-OT Nuovo Record Rear Mech

So today i came across a Campagnolo Nuovo Record rear deraillure i recall seing on campyonly.com that one went for $2000 and up (from 1966) what other years where they made?

Hate to bust your bubble, but you possibly won't become rich that way... :-)
At http://www.classicrendezvous.com/Highmarks_04.htm you can find other "market highs", but be warned - these are one-off prices paid by wealthy crazy collectors, and odds are you got nothing to sell that they don't already have 5x in mint condition.

If you want to know more realistic market prices i suggest you do an ebay search - there are always some NR pieces up there for sale. But keep in mind that condition is important; where a "NOS in box" NR deailleur fetches 80$ or 120$, a used and dirty example possibly won't...

According to the Campagnolo timeline at http://www.velo-retro.com/tline.html "NR" alloy rear derailleur was introduced in 1967 - that might be the reason why that '66 example fetched that price :lol:
