Rims can be anodized. You just have to take into consideration what the counter weight is made from, as well as eyelets.

I've had Stans rims for 29ers anodized in several different colors.

How much was the added weight for anodization? Is it possible to anodize AC CR 350 sprint rims without eyelets?

Anodization does not ad weight.

It is enchaining the surface not adding a layer of colour.
My bike is Italian so it is Nervosa and of course has Anorexia I like them thin!

Open Pro CD has a dark ceramic braking surface. If you simply anodize the braking surface of a rim it'll wear off after maybe 1500K.

And what is the difference between a cd and a ceramic surface?

This is wrong. Open Pro CD does not have ceramic braking surface. It's just hard anodized.

Open Pro Ceramic is different rim with ceramic brake surface and that does not wear out after 1500km, or even after 15000k.

The CD has a ceramic braking layer. It's harder and much slower wearing that anodized aluminum. It'll last longer than your rims will provided it doesn't chip off.

Okay I see there's a CD without ceramic as well. Either way the "stealthy look" he's after won't last long if it's just anodized.

So how much for anodizing say a pair of cr350 sprint rims and who can do it? And my cd`s without ceramic surface hold up quite well for way more than 1500k`s but i dont understand the weight difference to a normal open pro (30-40grams). And finally is there a lighter alu rim for 28" than the cr350 sprint?

Alex Crostini makes a sub 400g rim in black.

The AC Sprint 350 is the lightest rim currently available. It's just 355/370gr. The Alex Crostini R3.1 are within 370/380gr.

The anodizing is just going to burn right off like Divve said. The owner won't be pleased.

I vote for the Alex Crostini 3.1's. At least they're a known quantity that is realatively readily available. 350's sold only as a rim are not as common.

Oh yeah I didn't think about you being in Europe. It seems you can get 350 rims in Europe a lot easier than the US.
