Help identify this narrow, flared, traditional handlebar?

Can anyone identify this handlebar? Reach looks long, and it's a round bend rather than an Italian steep drop. From the side the bend looks similar to a Zipp SL-88 but you can see in the video it's very narrow at the hoods with a lot of flare. Hoods look to be under 38cm.

It's not an integrated bar with stem. The team uses Giant frames and stems but I can't find information on their website re the bars.

Might be Worx WX-R Alloy bar

It looks quite a bit wider than the WX-R track bar and the reach and drop look to be much bigger too. I'd be really interested in the WX-R if the hoods were a few centimeters wider, but 26cm isn't something I'd dare try!

After much digging around, I'm pretty sure it's a Nitto B135AA in 39cm.
