Has anybody got any experience with Garmin Coach?
I've been using Wahoo SYSTM for quite a few years now but have been wondering about dropping it and using Garmin Coach and getting a 1050 to run the turbo sessions
From the daily suggestions I get the sessions sound reasonable but I've not found much in the way of reviews online. I like the idea of it being adaptive and already being in the Garmin ecosystem (Forerunner 265 and Edge 830) they have the data on recovery etc
So hoping someone has already been playing with this

Oh...I hoped with that option that links the two they would have the same suggestion
Where I find the idea interesting is sometimes life is busy and the forerunner will pick up on that and say easier session today. And other way round have some time, do a longer ride and edge somehow feeds into tomorrow shouldn't be as much
Do you use the Garmin for controlling the indoor trainer based on the suggested workout?

Sometimes I do. Usually when I don't want to create the workout.
I currently have 1.5 months left on ROUVY but I probably won't extend because I don't really care for any of these apps.
I think my money would be better spent by investing in a proper training plan. But depending on my schedule I can't really plan these sessions in advance and it should ideally combine cycling running and free weight training. So I just roll with the daily suggestion. Which is probably better than nothing but not by far
Watch is a Fenix 6 pro. Don't know if this is the reason for the different workout suggestions.
