I dont believe Assos uses Elastic Interface but DHB use this chamois and you can find them onsale now typically out of the Uk for some good price points. https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/dhb ... e=33014603
La Passione is another bib that uses the chamois https://www.lapassione.cc/en-eu/collect ... horts-blue
Dotout is another one https://www.all4cycling.com/en/products ... blu-chiaro
You just need to do alot of researching as to who carries this pad.
Tactic is another

I have a Van Rysel (Decathlons brand) which has an EI pad. Comfy, paid €64 for the long version in sale (regular €80).

Elastic Interface is a brand of chamois manufacturer... they have several different models. They're certainly not the only manufacturer, but they're definitely one of the biggest. I'm also fairly certain that they do white label manufacturing for many brands... meaning they provide chamois for some brands, but they don't brand them with the EI logo, instead they brand them with whoever makes the bibs.

Pactimo uses Elastic Interface chamois in all of their bibs across a wide price range.

Well, assos is not all about chamois. On aliexpress there are several brands which use Elastic Interface pad in some bib models, for example, this one

When Pactimo have the Ascent Vector bibs on sale (as they do now) they're a top value choice.

Assos uses Elastic Interface technology but produce their own pads via CyTech.

Okay I didnt realize Assos uses Cytech. I havent heard the Cytech name for some time. Its amazing how many different chamois pads that EI produce.
When I am shopping for bib shorts I always check to see if the chamois is EI otherwise I am not interested.

Elastic Interface is the biggest producer of cycling chamois in the world. So it is the main contractor of many, many brands - Specialized, POC, Assos, Le Col, dhb,...

As a huge supplier, they have a wide range of chamois with differing qualities produced for the different brands, hence a certain bib shorts having EI pads might not say much about how it feels. I got the DHB Aeron shorts the moment it came out, and it was nowhere near the quality of the Q35.5 gregarius ultra.

This. I have different bibs with EI pads and they vary considerably in quality/comfort. They have a huge range of pads and they are found in cheapest as well as most expensive shorts on the market. I don't even look at who makes the pads when buying shorts.
