The EXS mount looks like it would fit, and when you put th ace on top of it whereit would be mounted it should fit, but the bulbous plastic area where it bolds to the bar sticks out just enough that the corner of the ACE hits it, and unlike the canyone mount you cant just force it through, just not enough space.

Then the easiest way is to find some spacers or cut some hard paper to stack under the insert, making it higher.

Alternatively, remove the existing mount, install the Ace, and then reattach the mount

Is is possible to just sand or dremel down that area a little so the Ace can pivot into place? I'm assuming you're talking about the plastic mount that EXS sends with the bars and not the Ti mount though.

I just bought a TiParts Titanium long mount and am hoping that the Ace fits the Aerover bars. Can report back after I get the mount.

Yes the small bulbous area is where the corner of the Ace hits,and sure you could dremel that out and make the ace fit, but the ACE is 209 grams, I was worried the mount might not support the weight of the ace on a bumpy road so I would be even more concernd dremeling that area out. I did reach out to EXS and provided pictures, they responded that the TI long version should work, and no problems with the weight, so anyone out there that has an EXS Aerover and an ACE just spend the $100 and buy the long ti mount and your good to go.

Yep it is a heavy unit and one of the reasons I went with an extended Ti mount. Although from a different company so hoping it fits the Ace.

Back in...OCT I think when I first heard about the size of the Ace computer, I emailed EXS to ask if the Ti mount would fit or if they needed to make a new mount. They must have had time to research into it and feel confident that the extended Ti will work. I think the only potnetial issue is when you actually turn the Ace on the mount to lock it in place, the corners may hit the bar.... We'll see hoping not.

fwiw: The https://www.f3cycling.com/products/formmount also works with the ACE, just need to add three washers between the mounting arms and the stem to increase the effective arm length by around 1.5mm

If you really wanted to, you could buy some nice longer Ti bolts, but it seems solid to me already.

Good to see them adding features which should have been there at launch, reminds me of the iPhone 16 release playing ads for Apple Intelligence that didn't actually come out until a month + after the release

After two weeks of use, my experience with the device has been very positive overall. The screen is excellent with clear readability, and it provides a wealth of data, addressing gaps I had with the BOLT 2. To mitigate rattling on uneven roads, I applied duct tape to the Canyon Aeroad mount to reduce vibrations and adjust a level a bit.
As expected for a newly released model, there have been occasional delays with the ACE functionality. Initially, there were challenges with GPS signal in downtown areas on startup once, though it now performs well even indoors in rural settings. On one occasion, power display ceased after an extended cafe break, alongside some minor software glitches. The unit consistently recorded data accurately, ensuring that Strava correctly reflected all metrics after each ride without requiring a restart, as restarting did not reliably capture the data from the previous ride.

I’ve only been able to use it once outdoors, but indoors, it’s been a joy to use.

It’s a good unit I think, with some real areas for improvement.

The weight and size are a bummer, but it’s a real step up for Wahoo.

I suspect that the wind sensor needs to be nearly perfectly level to be useful.

Yep, I remember seeing it in the setup instructions. Mine is not set up perfectly level in order to fit well on the Madone. However, it's still less than 5 degrees, and probably less than 5%. Even still, I think that slight disparity affected the data.
