And that's the specification of 2025 Addict RC 10 (in sunbeam black colour paint):
Do you also have access to the infos about the Ultimate model?
Seems like they're equipped with the superlight Syncros one-piece wheels.
Yes, the Ultimate bike will be equipped with SRAM RED AXS and the SYNCROS Capital SL Aero wheelset.
That seems very very light... weirdly light. Full bike at sub 6.5kg with aero wheels...
And those wheels in pro version are light at around just sub 1400g but it's not a superlight wheel yet. so I have hard time with those weight claims for full build. And they're hookles so automatic pass from my side on road, but for gravel nice wheels with 25iw. Scott is another company like zipp that wants same rims for gravel and road to cut costs. This is what happens to good companies when private equity takes over [*]
Scott addict rc - DuraAce 6.9kg
Sp cycle G056 gravel - Sram mullet AXS 8.4kg

Evolutionary but looks great to me
Looks like they are keeping the Addict mission statement
which means there will be a new Foil coming.

Scott needed to update the Addict, and at least superficially, looks like a nice update.

I like it....

What's currently the prettiest climbing/"rule them all" bike? Outside of the new Factor they all look pretty similar to me.

Perhaps new Dogma (heavily pending on viewer) or the kitschy cool new Madone.
Seka Spear also look good...

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Is the weight based off the normal 56cm frame?

These wheels are on my (road) shortlist also because they are hookless. This is why the world does not tumble. Different people, different preferences/opinions.

Scott remains one of the only brands with (perhaps accidentally) progressive geometry in my size, so the Foil and Addict will always be on my mind. I appreciate the sloped TT as someone with pretty stubby legs who also likes to supertuck on descents still.

Anyone know of there's a new gravel frame coming? In the uk there have recently been some good discounts on 2024.

I like my addict RC so much that I can't justify changing to another bike. It tick all the boxes for me - nice geo, semi aero all around frame, good tire clearance, lightweight, full integration, looks. Scott is really ahead of the game with their bikes. That's why I just pimp my current bike with little upgrades from time to time. With new wheels ordered, it will be 7kg in size XL - can't ask for more. IMO current road bikes currently have little room to grow and it can be seen with new premieres.

In gravel on the other hand things change in a very fast pace and this sector is evolving rapidly. Today You can easily race and perform on a 5yo road bike (even on 10yo), but can't say the same about gravel bikes. Mainly due to tire clearance and geo changes.

Looks like "new" 2025 frame is just UDH? Anyone got any idea whether there are other changes?

there are sublte differences all over, but in practice the real difference will probably be slight weight reduction

200gr difference for the RC PRO frameset it's not slight. Old one is 1.190gr, new one under 1.0kg. When you add the new lighter handlebar etc, etc you'll end up with 700 grams on the Dura Ace model. 7.2 vs 6.5kg. This is 11% lighter. We'll see how it will perform in real life....

I asked my Scott Dealer they are expected to receive full builds in January. Frame sets are not going to be available until later in 2025 at their store.
