Nice bike! Did you weight the frame and other elements before the full building?
Hello,
When I tighten the headset screw, the fork does not turn anymore and remains blocked. It seems that there is a missing part between the headset bearing, the half-U metal part and the stem spacer.
I have an Avian Canary handlebar.
I took the bearings provided by Ican and I took the spacers provided by Avian.
Do you have any clue to solve my problem, please ?
Thank you for your help,

You should have one of these under the bearing coverzen28150 wrote:Hello,

Should this part go on the bottom or top bearing?

Do you need more spacers? With the bit I showed, one the bars are on, and before the compression cap is put on and tightened there should be about 2 or 3 mm from the top of the stem.zen28150 wrote:I put this part but it still remains blocked

When I see your bottom first spacer. It's not the same than you.
I sent an email to Avian.
