Any reliability issues on the elite one seatpost for those who have bought?

And any recommendations on handlebars?

If you mean Elita then I've got hundreds of miles on post/seat combo with no issue.
You came on that thing...you're braver than I thought!

Thousands of kms on my Elita seatpost, multiple light falls, tens of potholes. literally not a single issue. Never slips, keeps the saddle in place.

I cracked an Elita seat post tightening the clamp to 4nm. Replacement one has been fine.

Mine snapped while riding. Thankfully it was a solo ride and not with a group. Elita gave me a full refund. I'm 86kg though so on the heavier side

Will be doing the ultimate weightload test by mounting a large saddle bag and riding with it.

One of the metal pins on my Elita One snapped but this was on a gravel bike and after several years of abuse on singletrack. I'm 80kg so also on the heavier side of things.

I wouldn't have a problem with using an Elita One again on a road bike.

Currently I am using 3 elita one seatpost. One in my aluminium commuter, one in a titanium and one in a neo-retro old steel bike. I do not know for how much kms I have used them (because I do not track it) but the one in my commuter is 4 years old and is almost used daily. I am 92kg.

Elita is one of those alix brands I would recommend gladly.

I am also using their ultralight saddle with the minimal padding. This is relatively new to me (my guess is a few hundred kms) but so far it looks to be made with the standard elita quality.

Just got back from a tandem ride, I heard a couple of cracks when we hit pot holes, when I lifted the rear of the bike up by my saddle I heard another cracking sound and the post is now wobbly. Because I sit midway between the two wheels it gets less shock. I am around 80kg I had to tighten the seat post clamp to 6nm to stop it from slipping.

Taken delivery of an Elita One seatpost today. Seems absolutely superb for 15 quid. Even had an Allen key in the packet. Just goes to show how outrageous some of the prices of carbon seatposts from the recognised brands can be.

Any recommendations for Ti bottle cages on Ali Express?

Looking for something to go on a steel bike so classic style preferred and not after carbon.

There seem to be loads on there that look similar. Are they all much the same or can anyone recommend any particular ones/sellers?

I have these in the anodized version, couldn't be happier.
