I bet the Colnago will be considerably more compliant on rough roads such as during the spring classics. Riser bars make sense for cleaning up airflow over the bars. There is no spacer stack or 40mm worth of stem stack height to deal with. The RCR-F will be easier to personalize with personal bar/stem choices, but the Colnago will be legitimately fast for the same reasons why the S5 is very fast at 0deg yaw.
But yes, in practical terms I'd choose the RCR-F too.
