Colnago C59 electronic frameset to mechanical, is it possible?

Has anyone done this? The easy step would be getting a RD housing stop added. But what about the housing stops at the front of the downtube? I have my eye on an electronic frameset, but want to run mechanical.
Have you ever wondered if there was more to life, other than being really, really, ridiculously good looking?
