I am looking for a narrower set of Q-factor crankset.
Anyone knows of something that is less than 145mm?

Typo? Normal SRAM, Shimano and Campagnolo road cranks are already 145-145.5mm.

Shimano 11sp gen cranks were 146mm and the 12sp cranks are 148mm.

There are also these...

...or of course any number of square taper cranks on shorter spindles, track cranks, etc.
