Hey,

As many here I absolutely love my Lupina, and it's hands down the most comfortable saddle I have (currently on all my bikes).

As many here too, I've had my share of issues (mostly shell un gluing from rails on some road bumps...) and even though customer service has always been great, it's a bit annoying to deal with it every time (2 issues in the past 3 years).

I want something sturdier for my MTB and Gravel rigs (will keep Lupina on road bikes) but have no idea what would match the closest the shape of the Lupina? Please give me some suggestions

Thanks guys!

Coco Design Spline saddle. I just did a short MTB ride on a firends bike and LOVED it (and have a Lupina on one of my bikes)

Thanks! Seems like they say on their website that it's not recommended for Gravel or XC-MTB though. I'm curious if any sub 100g saddle would be ok for MTB actually...

Edit: good to hear about coco-design, I'll reach out to them

@C36 that Coco Spline looks like it has a nice ramp up at the rear sort of like the SMP but the rails look like they are quite short. I do like that as maybe an alternative to my Composit.

Thank you.

Any experience regarding the sturdiness of Björn saddles for gravel/XC-mtb?

I contacted Sylvain from Coco, and he doesn't have much field feedback for the saddle in MTB conditions. I haven't had him telling me yet that the saddle is ok for such conditions, trying to get a better feel of what type of issues he sees reported often. I'll keep you guys posted

I looked for a while myself and think id prob go alptitude but this is only on from looking at them etc not actually having tried one. I find the berk really comfy so it's V difficult to move away from that and into the unknown
