How to remove stuck corroded spoke nipples

Any tips for removing spoke nipples that are crumbling when trying to remove to get the wheels rebuilt
Want to keep spokes if possible so snipping spokes not an option ,yet

Brass or alloy/alum nipples?

If aluminum, most likely galvanic corrosion. May have to snip them off. You can try something like liquid wrench but I personally wouldn’t reuse the old parts if you need to true it thereafter. That’s just me.
