Always think that I'm going to strip freehub thread when tightening cassette locking
Is there any brands / aftermarket tyres that have a deeper thread to allow more engangement ?

I think what you want is a lock ring or freehub body with deeper groove on the thread. Am I right?

As far as I know.. Mr. Hambini makes and sells something you'd like.

His ring has slightly deeper thread grooves.

+ Are you prone to cross thread any wheelset or a certain one? if the latter is the case, the thread on that rear wheel is damaged and you may need to rethread it by any machinist or buy a new body.

Some of the cheap cassette options out there come with a deeper / steel lock ring. You may have one in your box of old bits? Maybe 1 - 1/2 more threads / about 1mm deeper innards if I stack them against one another. I measured 15gr on my steel sample marked "VG" vs 5.7gr for a basic alloy ring that chain bites. The steel one has a smaller outside retaining diameter at the top or external zone, so there is no chance of chain contact when in the small gear...sometimes alloy lock rings can get "chain bites" which means lesser chain to gear tooth contact too I suppose. These are both used rings from my bin of misfit toys ha.

Just thread it by hand until you need to torque it up. Given how a cassette lock ring tool engages with the lock ring and the wheel it's one of the hardest threads to get wrong on a bike.
