tt bike build help

Hello, I am planning on building a 12 speed tt bike but have encountered a problem when trying to connect the di2. If I connect only r9250 rear derailleur to the battery it works fine. But then if I try to connect the 9180 and 9160 shifters through the jc41, then to the ad305 and finally to the dn300 battery the rear derailleur stops working. Am I missing any parts or whats going on? Thanks

I just did that a couple of hours ago but with Ultegra 12s. All worked after firmware update.
