Ritchey Logic-E di2 headset for internal routing

Hey, I am wondering whether anybody tried to use this headset to internally route hydraulic hose through is42 bearing. Di2 connector is 5mm so theoretically, house should pass through, however not sure how wide is compression ring gap after headset is preloaded.
