Mavic Freehub Slipping
Is it just a case of new freehub or something else I need to look out for ?
Any experience fixing?

Open it up and check if they have factory put too much grease on the pawls and springs of the ratchet mechanism. Good indication is if the ratchet is very silent.
Try to clean it from all the grase and ride it little bit completley dry and see what happens. If it doesn't skip anymore regrease it, but find your prefered amount of grease taking into consideration noise and engagement.

I like my hubs very noisy and almost completley free from grease in ratchet area.

The id360 is a "double ratchet" system without pawls. As with similar systems like the DT Swiss version, too much or too thick grease could be the problem. It is also possible that the springs are worn or not seated properly, hence not applying enough or even pressure to engage reliably.

Generally speaking it’s an axial clutch/ratchet.

Opened up and wasn't alot of grease and everything looked ok with no real witness marks as to wear the slipping was actually happening
Tried again dry and still slipped
Anything else I could try before new ratchets and springs ( they look good tbh visually
Thinking maybe spindle / shaft positioning somehow?

So, do both wheels work properly now? Just by switching the ratchets?

Tried good wheels with suspect ratchets and slipped straight away
Everything else remained the same
