Is this like the 6th 10-15% increase over last year and a half? So the same level bike is now 70% more?

The Madone SLR 9 eTap debuted at $12300 in the summer of 2018. Today it's $13200. It has seen a 7.3% price increase in 4 years

The middle tiers have seen a slightly higher percentage increase, but how on earth did you get 70% more in 1.5 years?

I don't dispute your figures, but you know countries with other currency than USD tend to have a own idea of how much prices move up.
I am almost sure that those numbers you see in USA are not as bad as we who have other currencies.
That isn't to say it's 70%!!!

I've been to a Trek shop in istanbul (turkey) the price of the bikes were bit higher than UK but some other items like saddles were more than the double price compared to UK. Aeoulus Pro saddle was 350 Euro and that was in 2021.

Luckily there are other brands! No reason to pay over inflated prices when there are other options.

There aren't in that market. Most brands have withdrawn or are on indefinite hiatus because the massive depreciation of the fiat has dented the market's spending power significantly - and dealers' ability to place orders of any size. Which means dealers have fewer parts and bikes to sell so they've whacked margins way up to compensate for lower volume. Plus importing stuff generally is increasingly nightmarish, as the govt scramble to look like they're doing something to address the inflation / devaluation crisis (that they caused).

Perhaps for those that actually have perfectly rideable bikes, it's a good idea to cool down and just skip buying a new machine?
