Some pics of the aerover. on the TCR and the Pina Prince.

Can't stress how much I *enjoyed* building this.

Thumbs up! My favorite bar at the moment. Don't get it why those handlebars not be available from other manufacturers. And when no narrow options with sufficient length... Or perhaps we are here at WW all a little special. :noidea:

i got my 130/36 in the mail today here are some stats.
handlebar including stem screws= 303,8
topcap= 9 gram
screw for top cap= 3,9gram (way to long, found one in drawer that is shorter at 1,9 gram)
Stem shim (factor ostro 3d printed version) 4,4Gram
factor ostro spacer =5,3gram
Factor headset cover= 6,9 gram
garmin mount (no gopro)=32,2(33,4 including screws)

Seems really nice, havent mounted it yet.
only downsides seems to be.
garmin mount sits really far from the handlebar (i am gonna make a custom 3d printed one)
and the headset cover for factor is higher than the original one
lowest spacer for factor is high aswell.
will discuss with exs if it is possible to make lower versions.

quality seems good.

Where did you manage to find a lighter stem shim? Stock one feels indestructible but it's quite heavy.

This was included with my handlebar. but seems to be a parts of the Factor ostro custom spacer package as it has the cutout for cables and was in same bag as the spacers for that bike aswell.
its 3d printed but nice and lightweight.

Ah so that's what it was! Couldn't figure out what that piece was. Weighs 5g on my scale.

Probably developed for certain d-shaped fork frame. My friend's helium needs that opening for wires to go through. Not sure if ostro also does.

Bad news for you guys: the paint factory is nearly lockdown. Only 2-3 workers are currently working. There are also a ton of other products waiting for painting besides EXS.
