Oops miread your post.
Yea just another male to femail mount rather than the built-in bump out gopro mount. I think this solution looks more sleek when not mounting a light.

Does anyone know or tested if the either the stock or ti version of the aerover computer mount can handle the weight of the new whahoo ace? I think the ace weighs 209grams and which one is more likely to handle the weight I would assume the ti one but would love to know

Both short and long Ti mounts are FEAed failure at >25 kg static load at Garmin mount while >80 kg at gopro mount. It's limited by the wall thickness, 3D print tolerance and the stiffness of the final products, otherwise I would have EXS selling the short/long mount with gopro less than 10/13 g, which is still in my PC.

FEA of the long Ti mount:

I bought 2 EXS Handlebars on 27th November. To this day I am stuck at Awaiting Shipping. Is this normal for EXS? People mentioned that they got it in their hands in two weeks.

I got a shipping confirmation this morning; I had been in comms with EXS and they had warned me that they would a bit slower as they had built up an 11/11 + BlackFriday backlog.

I bought at a similar time and mine is currently in transit. Might be worth contacting for piece of mind, but I'm sure it will be sent shortly.

I just installed the 3D Ti Garmin mount for my EXS Aerover.

14g all in and a very nice bit of bike jewellery

Quick review here;

For any Europe or German based people: Did you have to pay customs upon delivery? I finally got the tracking information and it seems to be DHL?
I just want to prepare myself for 2 deliveries and worst case about 200€ extra in customs...

I had to pay customs on the EXS Garmin mount. I find it's 50/50, some you win, some you lose......

It's almost inevitable to pay duties nowadays from China to any EU country unless the seller has some warehouses or agreements in place.

Other thing I've noticed is that for the tarmac the stock EXS transition spacer seems to have got a lot worse from the first pics I saw also on these pages. During install also my LBS said he had to use the stock speci transition spacer, which fits, as he told me the EXS one had a ridicolous front gap.

Weird, I would question that with EXS directly, it's just a 3D Printed file, unless they have changed it for some reason.

This is mine, not sure if this is a ridiculous front gap or not! (Looks fine to me)

Exactly, yours is what I had in mind and looks fine. I didn't get to see mine but I presume the end result was similar to the one from cyclespeed in his video.
