A similair experience for me so far - Order placed Oct 23. After a week I asked if they would ship it - to which they put a non-existant "Fedex IP" tracking number on it and marked it shipped. No way to track, and no response from them for a few days when I asked if they had faty-fingered the tracking. Don't know what to do but wait and see if the cranks magically show up

weird. when i order tpu tubes from alix i get updates almost every day. surprised on expensive item like crankset no communication.

Happened the same to me in Spain. I got a first tracking message empty, it updated with real info a week after when it reached the Chinese regional sorting center. So I would not worry at this point in time.

Finally today they replied via Ali express to tell me the decorative spider cover is oos and will ship next week.

Make sure u tell them what crank its for. I got one with the hope it would work with my 11s rings and they shipped me one for 12s
