Totally agree. Availability will be crazy for the period ahead but in 1-2 years I'll definitely consider it.

I read I read that someone won a gravel race on that melee prototype running 40c tires (with extremely tight clearance). Do you really need that much clearance on your road specific bike?

40c is pure gravel territory. I just want to use some 32c that grows to 35mm measured (as I'm using now but on a gravel bike used for road).

The diff between a tarmac (and many others) is that they are 32mm not 32c. They might fit larger but not officially.

The race was BWR San Diego, the parcours is mostly road with ~60miles of other stuff.

no, different bike.. Custom have ISPs

It's fine. Not nearly as exciting as their custom road. I don't care for sloping geometries in general, but this top-tube angle is straight up enduro territory. I'm sure it'll be well built just like their other components, but above and beyond nothing to write home about, and certainly nothing that inherently screams ENVE from design alone.

Are there any good examples of bikes with taller stack and good looking top tubes? Especially in big sizes (58,61). It seems that most brands make short seat tube to expose seatpost, but that means either sloping tope tube, or lots of spacers. Or handlebars with rise. All three options are pretty ugly
