Aside from the braking rotors I wouldn't change a single piece on that bike. In my opinion it is perfect.

Money no object, can always switch the newer sram red. It is a lighter groupset overall.
Can also wait for that uae team integrated cockpit. It will of course be lighter than a 2 piece.

Curious if anyone has been able to snag/weigh the new black colorway? Any chance it comes in lighter than the silver? I'd also be curious if anyone has any real life pictures of the black frameset built up, only been able to find pictures of the black frameset and marketing material.

On the Fray thread, there was a mention about headset loosing over time for the melee. Not saying it is not true but how common has it been? How is it has been for melee owners here??
Asking because it was the first time I saw that while the melee has been out for 2 years.
