12 speed chain pin for YBN Sla 12 and Dura Ace/XTR chain
Moderator: robbosmans
I am very dumb and cut both of my chains for my new Dura Ace build too short. I want to add back a few links but can’t seem to find chain pins anywhere. Are they still being made? Otherwise unfortunately I’ll have to throw these chains away. All tips welcome!

Use one quick link then a length of chain then another quick link.
Why do you think so? With the second quick link, you can attach the cut off chain length back then adjust again as needed. Unless you cut more than once, then you'll need more chain links.
Can’t you buy any 12 speed pins anywhere? I still would probably use a pin and one quick link on a chain but try to get a pin that is sized properly may not be easy to find.

Ah yes ofcourse.. if no 12 speed pins can be found I’ll go that route.. I am just surprised no 12 speed pins are being sold. That way I’ll have the most elegant solution.
