Oh lord, the RSL is super low in the nose. Way more than most road race bikes
that's what I like about it...
What saddle to bar drop do you ride if i may ask?
I have short legs / longer torso. Drop is about 9cm

Yep, my saddle-bar drop is pretty unremarkable as well, but I need a BB-grip reach of 608mm. A 54cm Domane RSL with the longer front-center is piquing my interest as a Madone replacement.

Hahahahhahaha, not.

Trek have decided to increase the price of the new bikes by 10%i-sh, due to the inevitable cost increases from inflation etc. I asked Trek and they could only tell me if I'd put an order in at the previous amount that would be guaranteed. However, quite a few retailers here in the UK won't actually take an order and just say we'll email you back. And even then you'd be putting £9k down with only the slight possibility of seeing a bike arrive at the alleged date shown. Pretty awful. I know, first world probs and buy from another manufacturer ya-da-ya-da. But oi vey.

I need to look better than on a phone screen but previous tcr / ultimate comparison was useless and completely corrupted by different positions on the bike and the journalist refuses to get it even showing his own pictures.
Test with a human on bikes are not reproductible unless you take it a lot more seriously than here.
Saying “bikes are adjusted the same” is too simplistic.

he puts out a tremendous amount of content for a one man show (and it's a great opportunity to oogle some more at bikes) but I have such a hard time getting past the re-branding of the channel last year. it's just too similar in name to that of a certain non-animal products eating cyclist that is an epic content creator.

The windtunnel test is highly suspect, not only due to TCR being allot faster (likley uncontrolled position) but also due to Enve wheels (historically not all that fast) being 10W faster at 0 yaw than fast Aeolus RSL wheels (likley also uncontrolled position) when all wheels of similar depth are +- 1W at 0 yaw.

His jersey wasn't even zipped up the same for all of the runs.... His data is competely rubbish.

has trek released a white paper on the new madone. will they publish and comparison drag numbers vs the main competitors.
i guess we will need to wait for tour mag aero data. imho the isoflow gimmick will be downfall of this bike.

giant have provided the tests when they releases the 2023 propel.

I cant stand that guy and his "reviews" are simply paid advertising for whatever brand his is spruiking at the time.
He makes GCN looked like unbiased, fair reviewers!

No idea what the fuss is about, his reviews seem fine to me. Anyway the results of the wind tunnel test are a bit surprising, see what Tour says.

Figure of speech obviously. I don''t think his appearance is what people object to.

Mine's finally arrived. Here's a bad picture of it, but I still think it look gorgeous. No ride yet.
