Yours looks like it's had a few upgrades.
I just got rid of the stem and bar for -17° and narrower.
Couldn't handle the set back post either.

Tyre sealant, used Hutchinson, Orange Seal Endurance and Stans. Currently Stans.
All have worked for me.
