Is it just me or does it look very similar to the Seka Exceed? BB, Seat Tube, Steerer Area, shape of the tubes overall etc.

That's just you. It looks about as far from an Exceed as a dropped stay aero bike can look.

The frame should be compatible with the FSA ACR System, right??

FSA ACR requires a larger diameter upper bearing than what's used on the Soloist.

Although it isn't specced with a full internal stem it uses the same steerer and headset design as Cervélo's current 5 series bikes. This means it is compatible with full internal routing stems including Cervélo's own, ACR and DCR. Presumably you'll need the appropriate bearing cap along with whichever stem.

I'll update that now, should say size 56cm.

Per Cycling Tips, weight for size 56 is 7.5 kg without pedals.
Also claimed 919g frame, 374g fork (size not specified)

Damn you're good! So pleased I got a CT subscription during the recent sale. The site really is beautifully laid out, and I trust the reviews. Example: one of my bikes is an Orbea Orca OMX (which I'm trying to sell.) James' CT review of its predecessor, the OMR, was 100% accurate based on my test ride of the bike. It gave me good ideas on how the OMX would ride and how I could address the downside of the bike (James accurate characterized it as almost too stiff and soulless...solution was wider tires to keep the stiffness but add compliance).

Also, I suspect you are exactly right that this is the S3 reborn. That would be good because my first premium carbon bike was a 2010 R3 and the shop owner later told me I'd have liked the S3 better. I rode the 2016 generation S3 once and it was stunning. Cervelo benefits from having an aero bike without the more radical features of the S5.

I have a 21 S3 and a 22 S Works SL7 and I still love the S3, its just great; not as fast as the Sl7 but great to ride!

The cables enter in front of the steer tube but are hidden the whole way.

194lbs? That seems very low. I'm 6'6 and would buy a 61 and my weight fluctuates between 185-195lbs and I'm pretty skinny.

Build manual says full length housing is needed for mechanical front and rear shifting, so that would seem like a no.

I had the same problem with an Trek Emonda (requires full length cable housing) when I was trying to install Sram Red 22 mechanical. No built in stop for Red 22. I used an Ultegra front der and works pretty darn well. Doesn't really answer your answer but Campy, I guess. There's always Ekar!

I run Chorus with full length housing on another bike. The only issue is the front derailleur because there isnt a cable stop like there is on Shimano front mechs. I dont know where the cable exits the frame on the Cervelo but I had to have an external cable stop screwed into the bottom of the BB shell. Enigma made me one using 3D printing. The cable exits at the bottom of the downtube and curves round into the stop. The shifting on the Chorus rear mech is better than SR on my other bike.

Cabling is fully internal and exits through a small hole behind the seat tube to bottom bracket junction. You'd have to fabricate and attach a cable stop somewhere inside the frame around the bottom bracket area, which I'm sure is possible with a 3d printer, some epoxy, and a little foresight.

I'm also curious to know how well it rides? I was considering a 2023 Giant TCR Advanced Pro 0 but my local bike shop can give me a discount that would basically make the Ultegra Di2 Soloist a little cheaper than the aforementioned Giant. I suppose the Giant will be a litle less aero but is probably more confortable with a smoother ride and less agressive geometry and also come stock with a power meter. Any thoughts?

Odd comment since the 2 axle's weigh 65 grams combined and they are without levers. The Caledonia and Aspero models come with the heavier axle.
