Did Pinarello sell the F12 molds to Bianchi? Lol

Yes and it's awfull
Saw the xr5, couldn't share pics
It's a s5 cervelo mixed with a generic time trial frame
Very wonky, strange shapes, Weirder than the s5 cockpit but in the same vein etc
Think it will be heavy even compared to xr4,
aero ?
maybe
but very very gaudy
pinarello look regular , normal compared to it

Where do you see anything that looks like an F12?

The second link uses a Pinarello geometry diagram for some reason…probably just the unprofessional nature of the site.

Noted that to, but my guess is that it's just a template with no real connection to XR5 or Bianchi.

It's very round design
Round seattube curved around the rear tire
Top tube curved up
Weird one piece or look like cokcpit a la s5 but worst, positive stem
center of the handlebar going up compared to the hoods like the coefficent handlebar if you want
Etc

Hoho, this sounds funny! I love viewing the weirder designs. At times the uniqueness kind of speak to me. I actually like Dogmas and S5.
Though i have to admit, i also like riding a bike that doesn't draw attention (kind of ambivalent

)
I wonder when we can expect to see the new Colnago (maybe V4R) ?

Finally, I seriously thought Bianchi ws dead
Bianchi in any meaningful sense is dead, and long so. It's just the branding that continues to exist. They're the worst historic / big brand in the market today, in my view - and that's really saying a lot given how many are in the running for that title.

But how many rides before it snaps in two? I think that has to be the main question these days with Bianchi ...

I mean the xr4 was one of the greatest bike of its generation
I get that the new specialissima was a bit lack luster but to call the brand dead is a bit far fetched
If we get a faster as beautiful as the xr4 as the new bike i'm all for it
If they *f##k* up like they did with the specialissima then we will see

1997 to Cycleurope (Grimaldi). I think they began brand licensing almost immediately, but the main business was largely unchanged for a while. Since then it's gradually got worse and worse and more costs and corners were cut.
IMO you might be better off buying sub $450 AliExpress frames, these days.
