I put a tiny 1mm scratch on the top tube, I have a some carbon saw dust from cutting a fork but not sure what sort of glue to mix into a filler?
The finish is raw UD so it should makes things less noticable.

Try CA super glue, that's how they fix nuts on guitars necks. Could also try two-part epoxy or laminating resin, but find something that cures hard and crystalline; you'll find that many off the shelf ones like some JB welds cure into a rather gummy/soft texture (relative to the paint around it) even when mixed in proper proportions.
Dab a tiny bit of CA onto the wounded area, tap some dust over it, brush off excess after around 15 secs, then repeat until you've built up enough thickness.

I've used this method with great results!

You could try a stone kitchen work top repair kit. Its basically acrylic and comes with a UV torch to cure it. You can get clear, whites or darks. You finish off with 3000 grit and or paste. Not sure how well it will blend into the carbon. Ive just filled a couple of chips in a white granite work top using clear. I think nail bars use similar stuff.
