CIOCC.

the only bike you need
While I know what my choice is, seems kind of confusing seeing as you posted images of two different bikes.

Sarto has been proven to be bad Quality and Customer Service.
Oh ya? Any links with proof of this that don't involve a Youtuber hawking his own overpriced BBs?

Another one is coming, and a surprise: Bianchi. It just announced plans to build a factory in Treviglio capable of producing up to 1000 carbon frame bikes per day. Here's one article on this.

Pinarello are made in Asia, not Italy.
While technically true, enough of the process is completed in Italy to meet the specs for being branded as 'made in Italy'.

Wut? They're entirely made in China**. Pinarello have nothing to do with manufacturing anymore.
**Except for when even the top bin samples aren't acceptable quality to INEOS and they get one of the small Italian custom companies to make a special INEOS run. Also except for the outgoing model of the Grevil - it was made in Taiwan AFAIK and not sure where new one is.

Sure, but I was under the impression that the raw frames were shipped to Italy where final prep and paint was completed.

Who exactly does this with monocoque frames? It would seem to defeat the purpose of outsourcing production when the point is to save money on production lines.
