They look pretty similar to the Bontrager AW3 hard-case Lite reflective (what a name) - maybe a similar - winter road bike tire - with more puncture protection and a reflective stripe.

Looks to me like a pretty basic Espoir reflective tyre. My Diverge came with those. Makes kind of sense since that bike is on a trainer.
