Comparing various brake hood dimensions

I've been searching for a couple days for a quick guide that breaks down the various reach differences between road levers and hood designs. I'm sure someone's done this already, but I can't find a source that lays out the differences in R8020 hoods and campy 11 rim brake, etc.

Maybe the differences are simply too small to write home about, but I'm in the middle of planning a new build/ my first move away from campy rim brakes and I'm curious.
