Kind of surprised the Factor O2 hasn't been mentioned. Pretty standard set of parts for stem/seatpost/BB and frame cost is very good. Can be had in rim or disc. Plus they will discount Black inc components if ordered at the same time. Semi-custom paint adds only ~$200.
