Campagnolo 12 speed with full length outer cable?

With internal routing where there is one run of outer cable from shifter to mechs, does the possiblity of increased friction effect the shifting? My next bike is Ti disc and I dont really want external gear cables.

I ran a full length outer with Campag 12spd no problem, even with the housing going internal through the bar, stem etc on my Noah Fast
Shifting was still super smooth even with this set up
