Broken piston in Shimano road caliper

Hello

A friend has broken a piston in a 105 caliper, knowing that Shimano has no spare, In Aliexpres they sell compatible for Mtb calipers, do you know if they would be compatible with road calipers? is there any other alternative?.........I have been told that some of Hope has the same diameter but 1 mm longer ... would it work?

Find a mineral oil compatible brake, Trickstuff, Hope, Magura, Formula, Shimano MTB, and replace
