I read in another post that while the Wahoo Speedplay Zero's ship with the standard tension cleats, yet the Comps ship with the easy tension cleats. Using the image below, the standard tension cleat spring is on the left, and the easy tension cleat spring on the right, although both have the same thickness (~3.4mm), comparing the two, the the neck of the standard tension cleat spring on the left is 3.8 mm wide where as the easy tension cleat spring on the right is narrower (~3 mm) at the neck.

Nice. Looks fitment of Ti covers is spot on. I'm waiting for my covers from Dulight. I had already swapped out the spindles with J&L Ti ones several months ago.
You would think that the cost of Nanos...Wahoo would make titanium covers, but it seems that its the same as the Zero's and the Comps ($149). Just buy the Comps and replace spindles, covers and screws for about half the cost of Nanos.

Interesting how you can get yours sub, 150g while @billendk only got his down to 160g with similar Dulight ti parts. I wonder where the 10g difference is.

Did these dulight modded come with easy tension cleats?
Not a problem as I have saved old standard springs just in case. If I understood correctly, old non-walkable cleat springs are compatible with new cleats.

Seems to me like it's a spindle length, not the body difference. Even if Nanos use carbon bodies (they don't look any different?), carbon is not actually lighter than plastic polymers, normally. It's just much stronger.
In any case, the difference is 10g. Given the cost of the nanos, buying titanium parts for the comp version seems like the better option by far. Unless you are willing to pay £200 for those 10g.
Dulight only sells the replacement titanium bits...like the spindles and the covers (ring around pedal body) and countersunk bolts.

Did you swap the spindles? If so, did you take any steps to soften the Loctite Wahoo appplies to the retention bolts that attach the pedal bodies to the spindle? I have sheared the retaining bolts on the left pedal of two sets and had to drill out the holes in order to replace the sheared retaining bolt. Just got my Speedplay Aeros warranty replacement and for this set, will probably be using a heat gun on the spindles before trying to loosen the retaining bolts.
