What chains are you using on the 12 speed cassettes?

Shimano 105 and Ultegra level for me. Don't have the bike here so don't know exact numerical designation. 3 chains in waxed rotation.

Got my all steel monoblock ZITTO 12 speed 11-30. 231g on my scales, so within Dura Ace territory for Ultegra price. In fact has replaced an Ultegra casette (11-30) which saves roughly 50g! Seems to shift perfectly fine on the stand. Will update when I have a chance to use it.

I just swapped my ZTTO Gen 2 11S 11-34 Cassette with the newer ZTTO Gen 3 11S 11-34 Cassette. I run both with a shimano DuraAce M9100 12S chain (improved shifting, quiter) with a 1x upfront.

It seems to shift exactly the same. Time will tell how it holds up - I never had issues with the 2nd gen on a few wheesets.

It is CRAZY LIGHT! the 2nd Gen was 233g and the 3rd gen is 139g - a 40% weight reduction - I saved 94g. I have no idea how they did it, but I'll take it.

Received my zitto 12 s 11-30 cassette , came in at 129 gram :D Didn't shift great with new Kmc 12 speed chain.
Installed a new Dura ace chain ,but doesn't help . Shifts great on some gears others hardly , not rideable , bummer.
Just demanded refund.

Seems to be a mixed bag. Some seem to be fairly happy with these cassettes. Another posted it was loose fitting on the cassette body. I am temped by the gen3 just for the weight savings. But my current gen2 cassettes shift very well and I'm not in a rush to retire them early.

So is it certain that the Goldix and Ztto are the same cassette, just different branding? Seems early returns were promising but lately more mixed, sadly. My wife and I occasionally fit a Shimano 105 11-36 12 speed cassette for extremely steep climbs but it is quite heavy, was hoping these might be a good alternative.

Did a short 10km test ride and it is shifting pretty well. I'm actually pretty impressed. It's quieter than both my ultegra and dura ace casettes and doesn't have that annoying 7>6 downshift clunk and clicking 5th. It's not 100% as good at shifting with it being maybe 200ms shower on the smaller cogs on occasion, but honestly, it so far beats the steep cost of DA and the weight of Ultegra by far. Getting another for my other bike. I'm running dura ace 12sp chains and dura ace 9200 group. Inital ride was on a SSE2 Disc.

Yeah I don't know what version 1, 2 or 3 means in terms of ZTTO cassettes. I have only tried 2, both 12s. The first had the largest gears on the cassette (ie climbing gears) made from aluminium. I was unable to get the damn thing to shift well across the entire cassette. The 2nd is an all steel "monoblock" 12s 11-34. Done about 4-5k km on it. My go to cassette now :)

Just ordered a couple of Gen 2 cassettes for gravel bikes and a Gen 3 super light 11-32 one which will save over 70 grams from the current SRAM Red one.

The shifting was never as good with the SRAM Red cassette compared to a Shimano cassette so open minded. Also it's on a bike with a waxed chain which will hopefully be a bit kinder on the alloy sprockets.

Received a ztto 3 gen, mine doesnt work correctly, It wobbles allaround when spinning the chain, i suspect the reason is because the fit in the bodyhub is not right at all before to close and tight It you can move It several milimiters in all directions.

It works ok going gears Up, but going down in some of the smalls coges takes two clicks, tried to play with the bscrew several times, same result

Im using a brandy new Duraace 9200 chain

sadly Im going to return it

Just an Update about my faulty cassette, finally tried to replace the brand new duraace 9200 chain with a Sram XX1 Eagle chain and it works allmost perfectly just an small ticking sound in one of the gears, so finally is 99% usable with this setup (groupset 9200 + Sram XX1 Eagle Chain)
