Before exceed, I own Yeoleo R9 disc and ceepo mamba. I don't think they are mainstream bike but both are aero road bike.
The exceed rear triangle/seat post is more comfortable.
Main triangle/front side is rigid.
Handlebar is also towards stiff side.
Vibration absorption(handlebar) is not very good. But control is very good.
Every small details are good.
The headset spacers are plastic not heavy aluminum alloy. I replace dropout to direct mount type. You can get it from SEKA
I also replace the headset bearing to FSA SL type
Seatpost is 380mm( I requested for 300mm length but they send me 380mm
I am from Hong Kong so I get the bike (pre-order) directly from SEKA taobao shop directly. The price is around USD2000.
I hope this information may help you:)
how does it compare to your Yeoleo R9 disc?because the Yeoleo R9 disc is more a racing frame?
Handlebar is flexy but the vibration absorption is good.
(Photos of my Yeoleo R9 disc: https://www.lightbicycle.com/photowall/ ... -Rims.html )
But compare Exceed with Yeoleo R9, I will say just buy The Exceed!. Excced is really good for this price.

I get the SEKA frameset and put everything from R9 to exceed.
Do you have any photos of the bike built up? Don't think we've seen an L or XL yet.
The cable routing and spacers look unpleasantly similar to the SL7 .... you didn't show the compression ring or expander/bung. Do you have photos of those or how they fit togethe?
Also, did the manual state the max safe spacer height / how high you can leave the steerer cut? I enquired a while ago and they seemed to suggest it could be cut as high as you wanted, which was a bit concerning, as I'm sure the OEM/ODM must have a maximum 'safe' figure calculated, even if Seka don't.

I have two pairs of wheel,
1. farsports 30mm fender RD230 hub,
2. LB AR56 + newmen gen2 road disc hub.
With wheelset 1, the weight is ~6.77kg
With wheelset 2, the weight is 7.5~7.6kg
The build is shimano r8070 (w/ RD-RX805) + incolor skypivot + absolute black chainring.
I am using a 9g expander which is not come from the frame.
I attach the photo of the heavy expender come with the frame for your reference.
The max spacer is like my setting, 40mm (10mm x3 + 5mm x2). I asked the SEKA taobao shop and they told me that's the max setting.
Hi @isehk,
thanks for all you insides on this frame.
Could you please do a foto of the tire clearance between the chainstays with your lightbycicle rims. And could you measure the space between the chainstays.
I have even wider lightbycicle rims (WR65 with 32mm outer width) and I am unsure if they would fit this frame.
kind regards,
Nick

What's wrong with a Winspace frames?MagicShite wrote: ↑Tue Sep 21, 2021 2:17 pmOh noes, I've been fanboying this brand since its early days of inception.
In fact I have an AFIELD here built up here for a friend, and I believe it's the ONLY unit seen so far in the entire country.
Part of me is happy they finally get some recognition outside of China, another part of me hope that it doesn't blow up like Winspace does.

Nothing, I absolutely LOVE my Winspace SLC2.0D. A very good friend of mine owns the T1500D and races nationals with it as well. Awesome bikes overall.Ooookaaay wrote: ↑Thu Dec 09, 2021 1:30 pmWhat's wrong with a Winspace frames?MagicShite wrote: ↑Tue Sep 21, 2021 2:17 pmOh noes, I've been fanboying this brand since its early days of inception.

I just wanted to have something unique (and actually great!) and isn't seen anywhere in my country. I invested in the bike way long before their wheels blow up here. The hyper wheels has become quite "common goods" over here in one of the states.

I'm interested in this frame - the transparent blue looks awesome, but I wish the geometry was a bit less endurance.
My current bike - size 56, stack 557.5, reach 394.2.
Just for comparison, the Factor Ostro is pretty close - 56 - 565, 392.
The SEKA Exceed L(56) is way off - 571, 387
If I size down to a M, 548, 379. So I'd have to add 10mm spacers and go ~10mm longer stem.
Has anyone in a similar situation tried that?

It's not meant to be long and low. So you're looking at the wrong bike ...inertianinja wrote: ↑Fri Jan 07, 2022 1:32 pmI'm interested in this frame - the transparent blue looks awesome, but I wish the geometry was a bit less endurance.

You'll look more pro with a longer stem.

I think you're right. I mean, I'm on a very aggressive bike right now, but I think going up 14mm and 10mm shorter on the large will be a big change.RDY wrote: ↑Fri Jan 07, 2022 3:25 pmIt's not meant to be long and low. 15mm is also nothing and only matters to the spacer police.
