Recenetly I bough used Pinarello Prince bike with Chorus EPS V2 groupset.

Bike is almost new and in great condition (it has less thank 5000km - built in 2019).

But I have random shifting problems - sometimes (rarely, but still..) rear deraileur just dont want to shift to easier gear, while it shifts to heavier gear with no problem. I've reset it with magnets, done a "zero setting" multiple times, but problem is still here.

Does anyone have experience with this - i suspect shifting lever.

First, I'd try using the rear trim setting. A long >7s press on RH test button and the interface LED will go steady blue. Use the shifting levers to bias the rear der one way or another. In this case I'd try one or two presses on the finger lever to move the rear der outboard slightly. Press again the test button to go back to normal shifting and go for a test ride.

Secondly, I'd look at cleaning the rear der thoroughly in case it's gunked up.

A quick update. The problem was in small grub screw inside the lever, which adjusts the contact point of the shift button on the microswitch...
