Is there anyone out there with a Deda Vinci handlebar who can tell me if the declared width is the total width or the C-C?
For example I have a Deda Superzero in size 40 which measures 38cm C-C.

Essentially, I'd like to know the C-C width of the Vinci in size 40.

I have not long ordered Vinci myself and assumed it measures the same as all my other Deda bars - outside-outside rather than centre-centre

Some say pour 10ml water out of your bottle to save that last bit of the weight. Sorry, i go one step further, i tend to the rider off my bikes.

Just measured my 46cm Deda Vinci bar, it is 44cm center-center, same as the manufacturer data

Few qs also.

Does anyone have experience with the stem and the stack height? What's the minimum amount of spacers or top caps you need to use with these? Looking at the headset covers and parts, I'm assuming it's two?

And does anyone know if the labels can be removed? It's a bit too lairy for me.

You certainly need to use the first plastic section under the stem as it both has the cable routing option, as well as covering the lower section of the stem itself. Stack height of these 2 is just over 41mm
The bottom of this plastic section does then have 2 “bumps” on the bottom to locate into one of the included headset top pieces however I thought of sanding these off so I can use my regular thin headset top piece

This is great thanks.

Assuming the deda top bearing cover is around 6mm or so?

I think I'd prefer to use the deda cover as I'm not a big fan of the top meeting point being larger than where it meets the frame. ( if that makes sense )

Labels are under a clear coat so you can not remove them. Sanding is possible but after that painting is almost must.

Thanks!

Is that for the stem and bars? Or just the bars?

I painted the top cap and bar clamp front piece satin black via Rustoleum spray can. I cobbled together a Metron 5d headset top cover with a BMC Time Machine (cut off top half) headset top cover, and the Deda Vinci bottom of stem spacer piece. Assembled into one piece with epoxy. Shaped with Bondo. Lots of time sanding. It felt like I was making a surfboard!
