Maxxis Rambler 40 on Specialized Crux

Is it possible to put Maxxis Rambler 40 on Crux 2020 with Shamal wheelset (internal 21mm)?

I fit 700x38mm GravelKing SK's on Enve G23s on my 2018 S-Works Crux. They fit, but the rear clearance is very tight with measured width being ~40mm.
I'm currently running Gravelking SK 700x35's on the same Enve G23's and the measure out to 37.5mm and are very nice.
