I'm building a pair of wheels with LB AR46 lightweight rims and Extralite SP hubs.
Unfortunately my LBS told me yesterday that they no longer have a relationship with Aplina Raggi, which are my go to spokes (Hyperlite) for almost every wheels I have.
I love those spokes since they are durable, very light and cheap (for such a light spoke anyways).
Can someone recommend me a replacement? It seems that the easiest to find is Sapim CX-Super. DT Aerolites seem heavy in comparison, so any other options will be appreciated.

You want something lighter than Sapim CX-Ray? Pillar Wing 20 is great (same weight as CX-Ray but cheaper). It has a 2.2mm diameter elbow compared to CX-Ray's 2.0mm without any added weight. Some people have complained about the bladed spoke holder not being able to hold the airfoil shaped Wing 20 but I had no issues.
Sapim Super-CX spokes are the lightest steel spokes without going to carbon spokes. (not counting berd or titanium)
Stepping down from cx-ray/1420/cn424 to the next step is only going to save you ~15gr. That's a whole lot of waiting and money just for a measly 15gr.

That's true about money. Not so true about CX-Suoer being the lightest steel ones. All my wheels except a new pair of 303s have Alpina Hyperlite and they are lighter than CX-Suoer. Try titanium spokes then. They're 2.6gr.
Don't expect great performance.
When building record low weight wheels the spokes are the wrong place to weight dump. The key component are the rims. Invest in the rims. The spokes come with large performance compromises. The rims could crack but until they do they will keep performing like new.
Two different rims can differ 20gr or much more, which equals all the spoke weight savings of going from cx-ray to exotic spokes.
I remember thinking, "damn 240gr for a shallow tubular rim is light!" Then I learned that the 800gr wheelsets have rims of around 180gr each. They're specially made for those manufacturers.
Try to get super special rims before going to Alpina,titanium,berd etc spokes.
For endurance wheels get solid rims. The lightbicycle rims you've chosen are probably quite solid and endurance, but the spokes aren't. So there's a bit of a mismatch. If it's going to be more of a display wheelset, then the rims can usually come down in weight.
