Hi,

I have Selle Italia Flite Carbonio Kit which feels a bit uncomfortable (feels like too much pressure and I tend to slide on the tip although it is put quite far forward).

I had a look at Repente Saddles which seem to get great reviews. I could get the Quasar or Prime (Prime 2.0), Prime being a nicer option seems a bit narrow (only 132 mms while my seatbones are quite wide).

For the same money I could also get

1. Selle Italia SLR SuperFlow
2. Selle San Marco Aspide Supercomfort
3. Selle Italia Novus Boost Kit Carbonio Superflow
4. Selle Italia SLR Boost Superflow
5. Selle Italia SLR Boost
6. Selle Italia SLR Boost Gravel Superflow

What would you recommend? I use an endurance road bike for short distance 1 hour rides where I try to make them pretty intensive.

Thanks

My butt likes Fabric Flat. YMMV.

There is Fabric Line-S available, but only 155 mm not 142. May be too wide...

Ive got both a SLR Boost Superflow and a SLR Boost Superflow Endurance and find both to be excellent, the only difference being the endurance has a bit more padding which I prefer for long, easy rides, whereas the regular Boost is more than enough for short hard rides

Does it feel different from the regular SLR Flite Kit Carbonio?

Fabric Line 142 is my favorite saddle, yours may differ, bikefit has a huge impact on your saddle, bad fit and every saddle will be uncomfortable, good fit and many options will do

Looks like it is a pure saddle issue. Very different experience with the two saddles that I have. Unfortunately, they are both on a bit of an extreme end of the spectrum. Maybe I should try another extreme and go with Fabric 155 mm.

However much i would like to say something that is a hint to a solution, i can only say this.
Saddles are what i have always found is the most difficult component. I also must address that saddles can feel very different pending on what chamois your bibshorts have. My favorite bibs is SQ labs because the chamois is so flat. However, i dislike SQ labs saddles. I have also tried almost 30 saddles during 15 years, so i just say try more saddles.
I currently ride Ceetec C1 fibre cover soft. So far i like this saddle the best (with SQ Labs bibs)
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

Anyone tried Repente? I suspect fake reviews on road.cc

I have the SLR Boost Superflow and love it, though I will say it isn't as comfortable depending on what bib shorts I wear (though typically I only notice that on 2+ hour rides), so might want to have a think about that

The shorts does not seem to change a lot.

all
For high intensity rides I need to choose the _flat_ line of fabric scoop, correct? And then the pro/team/ultimate etc is just the weight is it? It does not have the anatomical cut out though...

OP, based on your description and use case, I'd try Selle SLR L3 Superflow. The Ti rails version is seriously light, easily the most comfortable saddle for endurance rides. Doesn't cost a world.
