Hey,
I have got an Aldhu with 24 steel axle.
Is it worth to upgrade to Aldhu carbon with 30mm axle? I also have to buy a new BB of course, but it should be also lighter by a few grams.
Build is mid tier carbon with ult di2
Aldhu 24 aluminium to carbon? worth?

I'd recommend you stick with 24mm axle.
This leaves more space for more robust bearings.
30mm axle in same space means smaller bearings which are more prone to creaking.

Also unless the BB is BB86, going from 30mm to 24mm won't get you more robust bearings.
Lots of incorrect information above.
If BB has external bearings, you can still use the tried and tested 6806 (30mm ID) without any issues.
I've just swapped out some 160mm Aldhu alloy arms to 170mm Aldhu Carbon and saved 83g on a customers bike.
