Just curious what type, size, and length screw are you using for the alpinist cockpit mount screw?
The mount screw? For the top cap? I don't know.
the gps headunit mount. the screw for the mount onto the handlebar. i've heard and seen screws breaking, just wanted to see what size you used. i have a 1030 plus edge and scared it might be too heavy.
Ahh. Ok. I'm using a 20 mm M4 cap screw. It's plenty bulky and long. My guess is that the mount itself would break long before the screw gave way. Or the threaded insert would become dislodged. It seems plenty sturdy to me.

I love this build. First one I've seen with full internal cables... I'd be interested to know how they achieved it.

Look at the first photo. Hydraulic lines are connected with the calipers and are not showing anywhere else on the frame.

There's only one way to achieve this. You need to drill the steerer.

Holy crap, so not only was the steer tube drilled it was shaved flat in an area to get the cable behind the steer tube to enter the downtube.. So, looks wise awesome.. But, and a big but.. that cant be safe at all.. I would hate to be on a descent with the fork snapping off..

I'm especially concerned that it sounds like a shop would do this for you? Even if no one realised how bad an idea it is, I'd expect them to refuse just out of fear of lawsuit.
